3. No Full Nudity Policy

 

Users, including therapists, are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, or promoting any images or content containing full nudity, sexually explicit material, or any form of pornography. Failure to comply will result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

 

4. Subscription and Payments

 

The subscription fee is R300 per month, with the first month offered free upon sign-up.

 

Payment is due on the first of every month. If payment is not received by this date, your account will be suspended until full payment is made.

 

All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where services are unavailable due to platform failure.

 

 

5. Content Guidelines

 

All users must provide accurate and honest descriptions of their services.

 

Any content, including images and service descriptions, that violates local laws or platform guidelines will be removed without prior notice.

 

 

6. User Responsibilities

 

Therapists are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate qualifications, certifications, and legal compliance required to offer massage services in their area.

 

Clients must verify the qualifications and credibility of therapists before booking services.

 

 

7. Platform Limitations

 

FindMyMasseuse.co.za is not responsible for disputes, misunderstandings, or damages arising from interactions between therapists and clients.

 

We do not guarantee the quality or safety of the services provided by therapists.

 

 

8. Account Suspension or Termination

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice if there is a breach of these terms, including but not limited to:

 

Non-payment of subscription fees.

 

Sharing prohibited content, such as full nudity or explicit material.

 

Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.

 

 

9. Privacy Policy

 

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By using our platform, you consent to our collection and use of your data as outlined in the policy.
